π Returns β Ready-to-Wear Items
- You can return ready-to-wear products within 7 days of receiving them.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, a refund or store credit will be processed within 7β10 business days.
π« Returns β Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Since custom garments are specially made just for you:
- Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
- We only accept returns for custom items if there’s a genuine manufacturing defect or wrong delivery.
Please double-check your measurements and custom details before placing an order.
π Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
- However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details.
π¦ Return Shipping
- In case of a return (for eligible products), the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our return address.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will arrange the pickup or reimburse the shipping charges.
πΈ Important: Keep Unboxing Videos
We kindly request customers to record an unboxing video while opening their parcel. This helps us process complaints smoothly in case of:
- Wrong product
- Missing items
- Damaged deliveries
