πŸ” Returns β€” Ready-to-Wear Items

  • You can return ready-to-wear products within 7 days of receiving them.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, a refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Returns β€” Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Since custom garments are specially made just for you:

  • Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
  • We only accept returns for custom items if there’s a genuine manufacturing defect or wrong delivery.

Please double-check your measurements and custom details before placing an order.

πŸ”„ Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
  • However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details.

πŸ“¦ Return Shipping

  • In case of a return (for eligible products), the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our return address.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will arrange the pickup or reimburse the shipping charges.

We kindly request customers to record an unboxing video while opening their parcel. This helps us process complaints smoothly in case of:

  • Wrong product
  • Missing items
  • Damaged deliveries
