- Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
- Wallets (Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select pin codes with an extra fee
💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders below ₹5,000
- ₹80 COD charge is applicable per order
- If you refuse a COD order, future COD access may be restricted for your account
🧾 Order Confirmation
- Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your Order ID
- Please keep this confirmation for any future communication
🔒 Secure Transactions
All payments on www.pieramoda.in are processed via trusted, encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store your full card or UPI details on our servers.
📉 Failed or Pending Transactions
- If your payment fails but money is deducted, it usually gets refunded automatically within 5–7 business days
- For help with failed transactions, contact us at support@pieramoda.in with your payment reference or screenshot
📦 Payment for Custom Orders
- All custom and made-to-order items must be paid 100% in advance
- These orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed
❗ Fraud Detection
If we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity (like fake addresses or multiple COD refusals), your order may be held or cancelled for security reasons.
