At Pieramoda, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and safely, whether it’s a custom outfit crafted specially for you or a ready-to-ship fashion piece. Please read our shipping policy below:
🚚 Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery Time (Ready-to-Wear): 5–9 business days
- Custom Orders (Made-to-Measure): 10–20 business days depending on design complexity and tailoring needs
- Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
🧵 Custom Orders
Custom-designed garments take longer as they go through:
- Fabric selection
- Tailoring and fitting
- Hand-finishing and final quality checks
We’ll notify you as soon as your custom order is ready to dispatch.
💳 Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India on orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹60 shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹80 additional fee (if applicable)
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
- You can also track your order status from your account dashboard
🚫 Undeliverable Locations
Currently, we deliver across most pin codes in India. In case your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll reach out to provide an alternate solution or issue a full refund.
🔄 Delays in Shipping
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Unexpected demand/surge in custom orders
- Public holidays or regional lockdowns
- Courier disruptions due to weather, strikes, or high volume
